Lean Fuel is the best source of clean and lean protein energy. It helps build and repair muscle tissues, maintain better bone mass, and boost metabolism. Having Lean Fuel daily can also be a great strategy to lose weight without intentional restrictions.
Add 1 scoop of Lean fuel to a glass of water or any milk. Shake it vigorously. Enjoy the goodness.
Pea protein is a high-quality complete protein source with all nine essential amino acids. Also, a great source of iron, pea protein can aid muscle growth, weight loss, and heart health. Unlike whole peas, it does not cause bloating because it is a protein isolated from peas.
Rice protein contains all nine essential amino acids and protein content our bodies require for muscle recovery. It is also a good source of folate, riboflavin (B2), potassium, and calcium. Brown rice is exceptionally high in manganese – vital for bone development, wound healing, muscle contraction, metabolism, nerve function, and blood sugar regulation.
Brown rice protein is gluten-free and easily digestible. So it is ideal for those who wish to switch their current protein powders because of bloating, gas, cramping, and digestive discomfort. It is also tasty and less chalky than soy and whey and blends well with other proteins. Brown rice also provides enough carbohydrates, so it’s a great way to fuel your body.
Blueberries are low in calories and fat yet provide decent amounts of healthy fiber. Blueberries are rich in beneficial plant compounds and antioxidants — especially anthocyanins — which may account for many of their health benefits.
They are a good source of vitamin K1, vitamin C, and manganese. Regularly eating blueberries may prevent heart disease, improve brain function, and help moderate blood sugar levels.
Pomegranates are one of the healthiest foods on the planet, packed with nutrients and potent plant compounds. They show antioxidant activity three times higher than that of green tea. Pomegranates have wide-ranging benefits and may help reduce the risk of serious illnesses, including heart disease, cancer, arthritis, and other inflammatory conditions. What’s more, they can boost memory and exercise performance.
Turmeric has long been used in Ayurvedic medicine and is plentiful in antioxidants. Turmeric contains curcumin, which is a natural immunity booster. Preliminary studies on curcuminoids found in turmeric have shown an effect in controlling joint pain and reducing skin irritation.
Turmeric also contains bioactive flavonoids with proven benefits. It can reverse age-related degeneration and prevent the progression of heart disease, Alzheimer’s, etc.
Strawberries contain vitamin C and manganese. They provide dietary fiber to help enhance digestive function. Strawberries may also improve blood antioxidant status, decrease oxidative stress, and reduce inflammation.
They also contribute to improving vascular function and blood lipid profile and reduce the harmful oxidation of LDL (bad) cholesterol.
Apples are a good source of phytochemical antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C. They also contain polyphenols, which may have numerous health benefits.
Besides being a delicious plant-based milk alternative, coconut milk powder provides a variety of nutrients and is gluten-free. In addition to being very rich in fiber, coconut milk powder contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) and plant-based iron.
MCTs are a type of fat linked to several benefits, such as weight loss, protection against bacteria and viruses, and enhanced brain and heart health.
Cranberries are primarily made up of carbs and fiber. They also boast several vitamins and minerals, including manganese, copper, and vitamins C, E, and K1. They are among the richest fruit sources of proanthocyanidins — especially the A-type — which may help prevent Urinary Tract Infections.
If consumed regularly, cranberries may reduce the risk of stomach cancer. The juice and extract also improve several risk factors for heart disease, including cholesterol levels and blood pressure.
Sunflower seeds are exceptionally high in vitamin E and selenium, which is a powerful antioxidant that can reduce the risk of cancer and has beneficial effects on the heart and Alzheimer’s, and boost the immune system.
Additionally, sunflower seeds are a good source of beneficial plant compounds, including phenolic acids and flavonoids — which also function as antioxidants. The sunflower seed kernels are very nutritious, containing more protein than beef and only 20 percent fat. The seeds are an excellent source of vitamins A, D, and E as well as calcium, phosphorus, and iron.
Chia seeds are among the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. A single ounce (28 grams) packs 11 grams of fiber and significant amounts of magnesium, manganese, calcium, and various other nutrients. Chia seeds are also free of gluten. The seed is one of the best sources of Omega 3’s (about the same as salmon). Chia, compared to flaxseed, is higher in antioxidants.
Proteins are lacking in Indian diets because Indian diets are predominantly cereal-based, and 60 percent of protein is derived from cereals with poor digestibility and quality. The average Indian adult requires 0.8 to 1 gm per kg body weight. However, recent research shows the average intake to be about 0.6 gm per kg body weight. A study conducted across eight Indian cities found that 71 percent of individuals between the ages of 30 to 55 years suffer from poor muscle health. The EAT Lancet-Commission report shows that Indians consume more simple carbohydrates and less complex carbohydrates, proteins, fruits, and vegetables.
The Indian Consumer Market 2020 shows that only one-third of the monthly food budget is being spent on protein-rich foods, whereas the monthly expenditure on cereals and processed foods is high.
Supplementation with a safe, high-quality protein powder like Lean Fuel has numerous benefits including improved muscle mass and quality, improved insulin response and better weight maintenance.
For daily use, LEAN FUEL can be taken at any time. For those who do fitness activities or weight training and want a good recovery, we recommend taking the protein shake just after a workout.
Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight.
32.5 grams or two scoops.
A 500g jar contains 15 servings.
Yes, the powder mixes easily in shaker and blender bottles.
The plant-based organic protein powder is smooth and has very few particles.
The flavours are mild so that it can be used as a shake or can be added to a smoothie without altering its taste much.
No problem at all. Only avoid microwaving the food because it may compromise the nutritional value of the protein powder. You can add it to previously heated food or heat the food on a flame.
It is absolutely fine for a child to consume LEAN FUEL. However, it’s best to reduce the serving size to suit the moderate protein needs of a child. If your child is consuming very little protein, then you can give him the adult dose. Otherwise, for children from 4-12 years old we recommend a serving size of 1 scoop.
If you’re not overweight, don’t do weight training or don’t exercise much, then you should be consuming around 0.8–1.3 grams of protein per kg body weight. This amounts to 56–91 grams per day for the average adult male, and 46–75 grams per day for the average adult female. But given that protein has significant benefits and no evidence of harm, it’s better for most people to consume more protein than less.
